Did a state inspection and then proceeded to do a poor repair job to "pass" state inspection without asking me and giving me a $700 bill. I promptly took the car to a different mechanic to have all the work removed and redid it all again. Basically I paid $700 for nothing. I would have preferred they call me, and I got it fixed somewhere else. They did pass the State Inspection, however, so I have that going for me.

I've used John Kent Auto & Truck for 3-4 years now with my Class C RV and they've always done great work and been easy to deal with.

I popped into John Kent Auto & Truck to see if they had any time to take a look at a truck before I gifted it to my dad. They made time for me to come back later in the day. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The woman at the front desk, Vicky, makes you feel welcome coming in the door. My mechanic was very quick and explained everything to me about the truck, potential issues it might have in the future, and more. On top of all that, the prices were reasonable. I can’t recommend this garage enough!
